A BOIL WATER ADVISORY is in place effective noon today June 27 while maintenance is being done on well pump #2. The advisory is expected to be in place for up to a week. Update will be posted when advisory is lifted.

In the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, the law requires that anyone seeking to provide accommodation to tourists for periods of 30 days or less must have a registration number issued by the province. This applies to residences used for Airbnb.

Residents and visitors are reminded that dogs must be on a leash at all times, including while at the beach.

The Town of North West River has a limited supply of Colorado Blue Spruce seedling trees available free to residents. Stop by the Town Office Friday for pick up, while supplies last.
