The Road is currently open. We are trying to release water pressure from a culvert that is blocked by a beaver dam. We may have to close the road for a short period of time.

With that said, we are trying to mitigate any foreseeable issues that may disrupt the travelling public.

Safety is of upmost importance with regards to emergency situation such as these.

Please be advised there is flooding on a portion of the North West River Rd.
we are in contact with MHA Perry Trimper and Road crew are on site. We will give an update as soon as we can.

Residents are advised that work on culvert will be taking place this afternoon on Paddon Road by Hotel North. There will be no drive through access from 1pm - 4pm. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We will have a representative from the Canadian Firearms Program at the Sheshatshiu Detachment on October 18th, 2021 from approximately 11AM (if flight is on time) until 4:30PM to help assist anyone with license applications (taking and printing photos, helping people complete the forms) and answering firearms licensing related questions.
