Please be advised that Garbage Pickup for ALL residents will be Wednesday June 30th. There will be no Garbage pick up on Thursday this week.

The Town of North West River is advising the public that the Town Office will be closed Monday, June 21, 2021, in observance of the Statutory June Holiday, and will reopen Tuesday, June 22, 2021.

Well June is already upon us! We don't often see all the snow gone this early, its good for the gardening but not so good for the possibility of fires. With that in mind, we would like to remind all, that the Provincial Fire Regulations are in effect for the season. NO open fires, backyard fires must be in a screen covered fire pit.
We ask everyone who have had bleed lines on during the winter, to turn them off, if you haven't already done so.

All Materials must be put out
at the side of the road by 8:00 am daily
Any material at roadside
will be considered garbage
and be picked up on these days.
Monday, June 7, and Tuesday June 8 all areas
- Furniture & Wood, maximum 4 ft sections, no land clearing or brush
Wednesday Morning, June 9, Downtown
- Regular Household Garbage Collection
Wednesday afternoon All areas
-Major Appliances, Metals, Pipe, Wire maximum 4-foot lengths.
Thursday Morning, June 10 Uptown

Well spring is springing! With that in mind, we ask all to closely watch the changing conditions while out travelling. As we have learned more in the past year than ever, things can change fast, from day to day. With the snow season behind us, we thank our Groomer Operators, Paul and Corey, and our Heavy Equipment Operator Junior, for getting us nicely through another winter.
